Artwork Requirements
Send Us a File That Prints Beautifully
We check every file free before it hits the printer. If something won't hold up on fabric, we tell you and suggest the fix. We don't quietly print a bad file.
Format
PNG with a transparent background is ideal. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is even better. We can scale it to any size cleanly.
Resolution
300 DPI at the size you want it printed. A 300 DPI file scaled up 4× is a 75 DPI file. It will look soft on the garment.
Colour
Build in RGB or send Pantone references. Neons and metallics can't be matched exactly in CMYK. We'll flag anything at risk.
Fine detail
Keep lines and text above 1 pt / 0.5 mm. Anything thinner may not survive the peel or the first wash.
Application Guide
Pressing Your Transfers
Works with any heat press or a quality home iron-press. These settings cover cotton, poly and blends.

- 1Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to drive out moisture and flatten the fibres.
- 2Position the transfer film-side up and press at 300°F for 12–15 seconds, medium pressure.
- 3Let it cool completely, then peel the carrier film back in one smooth motion.
- 4Finish with a 5-second press under parchment for a softer, more permanent hand.

Before You Order
A single 22″-wide roll of film packed with as many designs as will fit. You pay for the sheet, not per design, so 40 small left-chest logos on one 22″ × 36″ sheet works out far cheaper than 40 individual transfers. Send loose files and we nest them for you free.
Standard production ships in 24–48 hours. Rush (+25%) ships the next business day. Same-day (+45%) ships that afternoon if your artwork is approved before 11am EST. Message us on WhatsApp if you're up against a deadline. We'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, canvas, leather and most performance fabrics, light or dark, no separate white underbase needed. Waterproof and heavily coated fabrics are the main exception; send us a sample and we'll test it.
None. Order one transfer or ten thousand. Quantity discounts start at 12 units and step again at 50 and 100. The builder applies them for you as you type.
Yes. Pick your blanks from our catalogue, add decoration on the product page, and we print, press, fold and ship finished garments. For ongoing store orders, our print-on-demand programme ships them directly to your customers under your brand.
Pressed correctly, 50+ home washes with no cracking or meaningful fade. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer's highest setting for best results.
